Never buy from here!
Spent a lot of money on a bundle and some of it never turned up, emailed numerous times and called never got a answer. Then the website said it went into liquidation now it’s back up and running still have never heard anything back and never got a refund for what didn’t turn up! Would never buy from here or recommend anyone to buy from here!

Ordered a baby’s trike… no correspondence only to say that there was a delay and it would be a while before it came back into the warehouse. Weeks later after numerous emails and trying to use to live chat I get a letter in the post to say the company has gone into liquidation and I have to fill out forms to try to claim my money back!! No idea if I’ll ever get it back! Terrible they’d take so many orders before Christmas

Worst customer service
They don't respond to emails at all, 2 weeks later still waiting.
We managed to contact supplier direct and they were amazing. Sent items out within 48 hrs. Will not use again.

There is no customer service
There is no customer service. Literally nobody to talk to. I ordered a pram got a confirmation email and delivery would be 3-5 working days. I realised pretty quickly after not receiving a dispatch email that it was a con site. Then looked at reviews. Checked their social media pages and noticed all comments were removed on their posts. I sent emails, left voicemail messages, tried live chat. My last move was to set up a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they can get my money back. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

NO customer Service !!
This company deserve 0 stars ,item was delivered buy yodel and left outside (it was surposed to be signed for ) I was out all day and when I returned there wasn't nothing there ,I didn't realise it had been delivered until I tracked.Yodel did not want to take responsibility and said the sender needs to raise a claim left 10 messages , about 10 emails ,left messages through live chat and contacted and left messages through Facebook and insta no reply .I even tagged in social media !

I have been chasing since the 18th Oct with no reply this is the WORSE company ever do not use and DO NOT waste your money!

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. A duplicate order was placed in error and I was told the order c couldn't be cancelled as their website advised as they were going through a depot change and that I needed to just reject the delivery for a full refund. O rejected the delivery and have video footage, yodel returned the parcel to sender. Well that was 2 months ago and despite chasing them several times I still haven't had my refund. Customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs!!

Non existent customer service
ordered a Blue Liionelo BASTIAAN ONE child seat.Rear facing with Iso Fix and rear tethering strap.
Received a Black CozNsafe Olympus forward facing non Iso Fix which is not fit for purpose. Have tried all ways to contact Precious Little One but to no avail.
This now only leaves me with getting the credit card company to sort it out.
